It is made from two layers – a sterling silver base and a thin layer of solid 9ct yellow gold. Gold is sawed through to expose silver beneath.
Gemstone is gold rutilated quartz – a type of rock quartz with rutile gold needles inclusions.

Silver parts are finished to a fine matte, gold parts are polished and shiny.

Width: 3 mm.
Gemstone: 4 mm

The ring is pictured with lightly faceted stone, but only smooth stones are available. I also can get these stones in a bigger size or a different shape in the custom order.
